Quick reply box feature is not working
 
The quick reply box is not working for couple of members only.

The setting is done properly and it is working every usergroups, except few members.

What could be the reason?

Did you recently move your data over from a non-vBulletin forum to vBulletin?

You need to find out what browsers they're using and try them yourself.

No we have not moved data from non-VB.

I have tried in all most all the browsers (IE, FF, Chrome, Safari, SeaMonkey, & Opera), it's working fine.

Even checked with many members, it is fine, except couple of members, can not get any clue on this :(

Now that you know it's not a forum issue, have them clear their browser caches and cookies also. It could also be an overzealous antivirus app.
