It looks like what you've done is basically correct. There must be something else causing the holding page to show. It might be a good idea to contact your host and tell them the problem.

thank you. the problem was since I've bought the domain in one place and have the webhosting in another place and did not change the nameservers when moved.... LOL. I moving but did not change the zipcode.... :p
