Vote "Off-Topic" Hides a post on x amount of off-topic votes.
 
Lately my forum is getting a bit of off-topic banter that derails threads. I think a good product would be an off-topic system with threshold capability. If 5 or 10 of my subscribers or moderators vote a post "off-topic" then the post is collapsed. This could be an ajax modification. It could also notify the poster who got collapsed that their post was voted "off-topic" and to please keep on topic. The off-topic button could be to the right of the "report post" button.
