Picture tool

Is there a program that we can upload to our server and then use together with vbulletin to upload and mannage pictures in the forum, to be displayed in posts.

We had photoplog before, but these dude's are sending there cat instead of helping, so this photoplog is dead i think.
The vbulletin Gallery is also not such a good tool, could someone please help me out, or make a tool for vbulletin 4.1.4, plenty would be happy.
