Using years experience in the user title (taken from usercp)
[S]Hey all,
Just wondering where i should start as i haven't modded or written a mod for vBulletin before but im pretty confident in php etc. I'm wanting to make up a system where a user puts in a date (Which would be in the user profile field) that they started learning about a hobby and it reflects in a user-title of how long they've been doing it for. Say started in June 2010, And their user title would reflect "1 Years Experience", someone who started last month would have "1 Month Experience" I can do all the programming for working it out, its just how to pull the details i need while still being efficent.[/S] -- I've got the two input forms, one single for year with regex to only allow a year, and another which contains January -> December --------------- Added [DATE]1310636343[/DATE] at [TIME]1310636343[/TIME] --------------- Nevermind, I worked out how todo it. |
