how/where to edit phrase 'started_by_x_y_z_a"?

I was wondering where/how to edit phrase 'started_by_x_y_z_a"?

In the AdminCP, "Languages and Phrases", "Search in Phrases", enter started_by_x_y_z_a in the text box and click the "Phrase Variable Name Only" radio button. Then on the results page you should see that phrase at the top, press the "Edit" button, then enter your phrase in the "Translation" box at the bottom (it's OK if you're not really translating to another language).
