gif logo in the header?

hope someone can help?

i want to change the main logo, i have a gif i want to use as you see from the image below!
i have worked out where to change the file name, in the stylevars, but it does not show the image?
any ideas.

If you change the stylevar to have the path to the new logo, then it should show up. Can we get a link to see this?
