vb.org Archive - Members not shown in chat room

I hope this is posted in the correct spot. If not, I apologize.
the thing is: I have my web site hosted by Host Gator and I just upgraded from a VPS server to a dedicated server so that members would not be getting dropped like they were. That problem is no behind me. But now when I look on the message forum it says, "
Currently there is no user in the chat room."

I am sure this is a simple fix. Perhaps a change in the settings but I don't know for sure.
Also, People are unable to block members who send them aggravating PMs.
I am using visichat 2.5.8; integrated into my forum. vbulletin 4.1.3 and my site is: www.truchristianchat.net. I hope I provided enough information.
Any advice would be appreciated.
