HOw can Hide Email filed from Mod panel???

please some one tell us how can we hide email filed from mod control panel....only admin can see email filed but other group not..sup mod can see all other information but not email filed.... screen shot under way..........please reply me soon............thanks

You would have to edit the file admin/user.php and add code to check the user group before using the email address. (The field you pointed out is only one place where the user's email address could be seen).
