how to create additional prefixes?

Hi,
I know how to create prefix in the admin cp, but what happens if I would like to use have an additional prefix display in the title?

eg.

first prefix => [computer] dell has this special laptop deals - free shipping <= 2nd prefix

is this possible? I just want to create an additional prefix field to encourage posters to use drop-down menu instead of entering manually.
