Blog Category Tree

I have a blog with categories and subcategories.

Currently it seem to display all the categories and subcategories with a folder icon without any parent child display. Its hard to tell which one is parent category, which one is subcategory.

Is it possible to display blog categories like the vbulletin cms sections? Like a tree structure.
