Space Between Header and Form

Can anyone tell me how to get rid of the space between the header and the forum?

See the photo attached to see where exactly I'm talking about.

Also, does anyone know how to add a "Forgot Password" link to the navigation? (Maybe beside "remember me"?

UPDATE:

I fixed the space issue (changed the header margin).
I can't for the life of me figure out how to add a "Forgot Password" button in the nav though. Any ideas?

Install this add on

https://vborg.vbsupport.ru/showthrea...ht=Add+new+tab

then using this plugins creat a new tab on your navbar with the links to

YOUR FORUM/login.php?do=lostpw

It can be done this way or search "remember me" in the header template then add "forgot pass" beside or under it.
