Change Background Image

I am wanting to replace the background image for this forum and site, with no repeat. Also I need to change the bottom color (under the background image) from #EDEDED to #1E2326.

Thank you ahead of time.

Edit: I've searched every .css file I can think of for /images/styles/TotallyPro/style/pageBG.gif to no avail. I also have no idea where that hex (#ededed) is coming from.
