Requesting/Needing Help
 
Hey guys, basically I need a coder to help me. I'm using VSa - PayPal Donate mod; here however I wanted to edit it to fit my Gaming Community needs. Please see my pictures below (as best as I could illustrate). If you could help me I would appreciate it so much.
