smilies size

I was wondering if there was a way to easily resize the smilies. At the moment I think they are about 16x16 (or 18x18) I am trying to make them all slightly bigger to like 22x22 or something - what is the easiest way to do it?

There is no easy way... even if you used a program to batch resize them they'd look horrible since you're just stretching a couple of pixels. Your best bet would be to find a new set of smilies that are natively the size you want.
