Tag Cloud on custom page?

Hi,

I recently created a new 404 page and I thought it would be a nice addon to have a copy of the sidebar block tag cloud on that page.

However I couldn't figure out how to do that. Can anyone tell me if it's possible at all and maybe give me some advice how to do that?

Try a search because I had already helped someone else to put a tag cloud on their custom page and I believe most of the code was in that thread.
