user subscribe - auto emailing with matched words

Hi,
I was wondering if there is mod that does the following.

Allow user to set a set of interested keywords. Ex. LCD1234, iphone 5. And forward in time, someone post something on the board with LCD1234 or iphone5 in the title or in the content, the board will than informing the user with the link that someone has post something that she/he is looking for automatically without searching for it.
