Remove top-highlight.png from Widgets

I'd like to remove or change the "top-highlight.png" image shown in the Widgets and Blog boxes. I am running 4.1.4. I can't find the StyleVar.

Any tips? :)

style manager> style name> stylevars> sidebar>sidebar_background

top highlight is there
