How to activate vBulletin at www.yoursite.com

Hi all:

I am having problem as follow:

1) When I come in my website, I have to bookmark or type in as: www.mysite.com/forum/content.php.
2) Now if I or anyone else want to come in, just type: www.mysite.com, then it will bring up the vBulletin.
3) How can I do that? Is there any correction to the index.php file to directly bring it to upper level?
