Rename nav bar tab

How do i rename a navbar tab pls.

For example tabs that are used for Forum or Whats New

Ive added the media libary and want to change its name,would i need to go into libary setting to change it,if so how pls

The text there is from phrases. So, do a Search in Phrases for "What's New?" and you should find the phrase and then you may Edit it.
