Rep Level Problem & Postbit Rep Image Query
 

Ok i have run into a little bit of a problem in regards to a users current reputation level.

Everyone has been set to "1" even though it says default level for new users is 10 in the reputation options on the ACP. Out of curiosity is that only in regards to anyone that is newly registered and not the people currently registered?

I did run the counter stating 10 as the default rep level, thinking it would re-sync everyone's rep level from 1 to 10 but it was to no avail.

Now what i would like to do is have everyone on the forum set to a default reputation of 10. Is there a particular MYSQL query i could use in order to do this?

Also in what way do those green/red rep post bit rep images work. Is a green based on a particular value etc? Is there any way i could manipulate those values if that is the case. The only reason i suggest this is that currently with everyones reputation at 1, the green bar does not look to be going up whatsoever. Where as when it was set to 10 it was going actually revealing that persons rep.
