seo url in data table?

Hi, I am creating links to the latest forum threads on some of my web pages.
I am able to link to the showthread?t=
But, I would like to link to the actual url used in the forum, for SEO benefit.

Does the SEO url exist in a data table?

I haven't been able to find it... The thread table has the title of course, but i didn't see the seo url in a separate field.
