fixing a background help

hello,

im trying to make my background image fixed so when users scrole down it stays fixed and other blocks float, im using vb4.1.3

cant seem to do it or find it anywhere!!

In the url slot the format will be like this>
url(path/to/your/image/image.ext) fixed
