Create a custom external Feed

Hey Guys,

Trying to figure out the best way to go about doing an rss feed of posts that reach a certain post count, is there any where to look in the vbulletin code to point me in the right direction ?

You mean "threads" that reach a certain post count? No, it's all or nothing. But why bother feeding popular threads anyway, since the whole point of the feed is to attract participation.
