Move avatars to the file system - need some help

Hello,

i'm trying to move avatars from database to file system. Here is my path...

CMD_FILE_MANAGER/domains/forum.mydomain.com/public_html

And here are settings from Admin Panel...

Could you guys please suggest me where should i put "customavatars" directory and what should i put in admin settings?
