PDF (or JPEG) to HTML Converter
 
Unsure if this is the right place for this request. If not, please feel free to move it :)

Looking for a reco on a program that can easily convert a PDF or JPEG (either format is fine) into HTML code. Want to use the HTML block on my vB forum. Looking for something cheap, easy and reliable that's Mac compatible. Much obliged!
