Extra Title / Tag / Profile mod
 
I run a support group for parents of children with special needs. We have always offered our members the ability to "tag" other members. See below right under the user name. Does anyone know of a way to do this? We used to use a hack for this where we could add a 2nd title that scrolled (like a marquis). I would appreciate any help provided.
