login/registration popup for visitors after X minutes ..

i think this is old hack back from vb2 or vb3 .. so i tried to find a similar one for vb4 but no luck ..

i can make one with Conditional Variables <vb:if condition .... etc
but i dont know how to get this JavaScript " div popup after X second .. "

anyone can help with this please :confused:
