I would love something like that works like this:

A php script that would cull the upcoming public calendar events, for XX number of days, and display them, with links to their calendar entries, in a sort-of sidebar type format. For use on the main page of a site....

Ideally, the script would give me the option to include or not include birthdays.

Is there anything like this, already?

Thanks!

Jeff

Jeff:

There's one that does almost that. It was posted in the parent forum of this one, you know, the "Hacks" area, *before* it gets split into Requests and Releases?

The message was posted within the last 7-10 days and the thread SHOULD have something calender-ish or event-ish in the subject.

It takes the next XX number of events and lists them.

Hmm...I can't find it!

OK, I finally found it! It wasn't easy to find, but I knew I'd left a message in it, and after 4 searches didn't turn up what I was looking for, I went to my User CP and dredged out my subscribed topics listing.

To whichever kind moderator may be watching, the following thread could use a name change so that it could be more easily identified. There's a TERRIFIC modification in it from Freddie.

Here's the URL to the thread, Jeff. Read it all the way through, though.

Um cannot see the thread. Why is that? Is it something on my end?

This thread is over 6 years old, so it looks as if it's long gone.
