Close thread with scheduled deletion

When threads have run their course and do not add anything significant to the forum, they need to be closed or deleted. To avoid members asking what happened with their thread, its handy to close the thread and delete it at a later time.

It would be handy to have the function to close with scheduled deletion. The moderator should be able to select after how many days or weeks the thread should be deleted.
