vb.org Archive - How to de-bug Tweet button for IE?

I have a Tweet button on the tag search page that works in Firefox and Chrome, but not IE7. In IE7 the hover barely works, and clicking on it does nothing. It seems like a Javascript error/conflict but I don't know how to de-bug it. Facebook Like/Send buttons work fine. If anyone can send me in the right direction, I'd appreciate it.

EDIT: I've tested the button on a different computer, and it works there in IE7, same version and settings of the computer where it doesn't work. The only difference I can see is that the computer where it's broken has more robust virus protection. But that doesn't affect Firefox and Chrome. Weird.
