Spam Registration

I have been reading many articles on here about how to stop spam registrations. I have about 200 to 300 a day and I have to stop them. I have the latest version of vbulletin 4. I need something like noSpam!. I really need a link to download it I have yet to find an actual install of any products mentioned in any previous post. Can someone help me find an xml file so I can add this to my forum. I just need a random question like name 1 of the 50 states in the USA. That will stop most of them. I need someone to help me find the install for one of these products.

Are you using reCAPTCHA on your forum ?
http://www.google.com/recaptcha

I use this and I don't get a single bot on my forum.

Isn't this part of the native vbulletin antispam measures?

Did you find the spam prevention settings in your adminCP yet? Why do you need other tools?

I did not realize reCAPTCHA would help me with the smap registration. I thought I needed something different. It seems to work. There are still those people that manually create registrations and post junk but it is much less than it was.
