Specify who can view forum when it is "Turned Off"
 
As default it seems to be just Admins that can view the forum when its turned off,Is there a way i can let one of my custom groups View it also???

I can find a mod which allows this for 3.8 but nothing for Vbulletin 4

Where is the mod for 3.8.x? I never even noticed there was a mod for this
