How to delete all banned users simply
all in one or two clicks
I can't do this
only by deleting them one by one

Go to the AdminCP > Users > Prune / Move Users, then set the following fields:

Usergroup: Banned Users
Has not logged on for x days: 0
Join Date is Before: June 12th 2011
Posts is less than: 100000
Order By: User Name

Click Find, and you will be able to either move or delete the banned users.
