Template - No working on IE

Hey Everyone,

can some one tell me how to make my template to work on any browser

this is my forum: ConfesioneSecretas

whe I visit my forum on google chrome, IE, Safaris you can tell is missing some link or image and when some one go to the member profile

but on firefox the template work perfect

can some one help please how to make work on the most popular browsers
