I need it for 4.1.2 or someway to do it because my show groups looks buddy without it I added the 3.7 but it's kinda buggy here's a picture:

Can anyone fix it or make a new one or link me a fixed one?

It explains in the thread you linked to you don't need a mod for this.

Open Usergroup Manager, edit your usergroups.

Before the name (title) of each usergroup add the code:
Where x is the order number you want and save.

You won't see the order code but it will order it however you want. When you edit the usergroup again you'll see the code.
