Making Spammers Stumble

My forum requires my approval before a new member can join.

There is a particular type of spammer who attempts to join using a script.

He is not admitted but it takes my time to go back and delete him.

He uses specific words in fields.

Is there a means to decline a applicant for membership who uses specific words in specific fields.

Assistance appreciated.
