Introducing my first hack for vbulletin:

Features

This hack checks to see if forum users are cookied. If the user isn't cookied, it prompts the user to enter their username and password. Upon logging in, the user is taken to the hearme voice chat and their username in the chat is their username on the forum. This hack also takes advantage of the use of templates which makes the chat match the rest of your forum :)

All of the files in the .zip file are in .php format and have been tested in version 1.1.2 but should be compatible with most versions.

also rangersfan on one of my sites i put in the $usersicon in the postbit and the avatar isn't showing up in the post do you have any ideas what's wrong? i know i did it correctly because it works on another forum w/ same code but on this other site i deleted teh templates for some stupid reason and teh update.php won't work, so maybe that's the problem.. can you offer any solutions?

Tomorrow I will make you an update.php that will delete all the templates and database modifications and re-install them, ok?

This is awesome - just one question though - how do you go about getting the HearMe application? Is it remotely hosted, or do you have to set up a local a chat server? I visited their site, but didn't see any way to go about downloading or purchasing or anything.

So I took it down...
