Activation Email not coming through

I'm trying to update my website quickly. It's a live active website so I need to get it done.
However, all of a sudden I'm "unlicensed". I'm trying to send the activation email but it's not coming through. The change email address confirmations come through straight away but not the activation.

I've tried changing email addresses ect but it's not having it. Wth is going on?
