View members based on usergroup

I'm unsure of what to search for and before I spend several hours making this myself, I wanted to see if it already exists.

I want a page/tab that displays certain members based on their user group. For example:

[Admins]
-User1
-User2
-User3

[Regulars]
-User4
-User5
-User6

[Supporters]
-User7

Does something like this already exist?
