users Blogpost not visible for guests, only the mods blogs
 
I have a problem with my blog in vbulletin 4, my users blogpost only shows up to logged in users and not for the guests on the forum

I have looked at every rights to get them visible, this problem is something new and wasnt like this from the beginning, some one else suffering with this problem or have any advice on how to fix it?

do i as i licensed vbulletin forum customer have rights to get this fixed by vbulletin?
