Javascript dropdown menu issue

Good day to all.

I need help why my drop down menu "Select a sports" lands in the upper left of my page, it should be near to "Popular Sports", see attached PNG file.

Also attached is the HTML code that I added to notice in Notices Manager. Same behavior if I add it to HTML widget.
