Embed certin forums in other pages,

Hello

Is it possible to embed a certain forum, or category in a different html / php page

i know i can do this with an iframe,

but is it possible to remove the header?

any direction on how to go about this will be great help, im not interested in altering the style, just displaying certain forums without the header,
