Misc.php high load on the server..

hi all vbulletin.org staff and members....i need urgent help...........my site speed is to slow....and today i received mail from hosting company...detailed given below..

Hello,

Unfortunately, we were forced to suspend the script "/home/tiger/public_html/misc.php" as it was causing a high load on the server, and due to this affecting all of the other accounts on the system, we were forced to take immediate action for the health of the server.

please some one tell us how can i do that..........please reply me soon........thanks

Sounds to me like its time to switch to a better host. While its hard to make any definite statement without seeing your site, I would not be surprised if your site is slow due to an overcrowded and severely limited shared server. How busy is your site? Do you think it maybe time for a VPS or dedicated server?
