Using Forum Thread as News on Front Page

Still not sure how to do this correctly and as you can see from the attachment, I need some advice.

Renamed "The Front Page" to Project Medius News.
Went to forums and promoted post to an Article.

This is how it appears.

What am I doing wrong?

looks like a short post.. you should take a look at vbulletin.com tutorial on how to correctly configure the cms side of your forum.. you'll understand it much better.
