I was wondering if someone could help me out. I have tried googling and searching for my answer. I have found the plugin for quick reply, but not new threads, advanced replies, or private messaging.

How can I get my new threads, advanced replies, or private messaging to look like this:

I have searched for the plugin or even option within vB but I am having no luck. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

vB version is: 4.1.3.
