Support major lacking
 

It seems as though I made a mistake when I bought vb for a project instead of buying IPB. I say this because for $195.00 I would expect a little more support and to be able to download mods and addons. Well that isn't the case. I have tried since yesterday to gain access to my account and followed all of the instructions to gain access to vbulletin.org and I still show up as unlicensed with no sign of this being resolved anytime soon. I don't exactly know why vb has different sites and then doesn't keep track of them and take care of people that pay so much money for a forum that is clearly turning out to not be worth the money.

If there is an admin can you please verify my account and get it activated or cancel my license and refund my money to so I can be another statistic that went over to IPB because you simply lack the ability to provide a professional service to paying customers.
