I am looking for a mod which can be used in any forum so users can choose to make their topics featured (sticky). Options to choose from several days must be available and not limited to paypal.
I have seen this:

but do not see it in use.

Is there something around (paid or unpaid mod?)

The post above doesn't solve my problem. I want the mod that supports V4. Anyone has a solution for this? I am willing to pay.
