a problem in adding threads after update

recently I updated my forum to the version 4.1.4 beta 1, after updating my users couldn't add edit threads or post replies, no buttons in the editor, and also posting thread ( with arrow in the attached image ) is inactive, please help me, my users left my forum, thanks :)

I hope you're not still waiting for an answer? You should post what you did to fix the problem.

BTW, you should never update a working forum to a beta version.
