Posts on since last login rather than 24hrs mod ?

as the title says does one excist as most members like to browse the forum by clicking the new posts link, but shows only last 24hrs, not since last login

This was a way most members viewed when were on phpbb3

but sorted it in the admin panel some where lol

only just switched to vb from phpbb3 and its scary :D
